Well, right now I will let you know the 10 Reasons Why A Small Business Need A Website.

1.  Your Customer Expect It

Six out of ten consumers will expect that their brand or the company to release the product that they are buying, will have an online content about the business on some form of digital property, and more than half will normally head straight to the brand’s website for more product information or the information regarding about the company.

2.  It Provide Social Proof

99% of the consumer claims that online review is able to influence their buying decision, as the review and comment and normally given by the previous consumer who has already bought or used the product, which gives trust to the new consumer by giving rating and comments.

3. You Control The Narrative

We can’t really control what others like to say about you on social media channels, but we can always influence public perception by creating your own story via a business website. A company blog could help business owners to get their message, personality or even mission to the front of their target audience faster compare to printing ads or snail mail brochures.

4. More Bang For Buck

By using a free website building tool, like WordPress.com for example, you can always position your company to reach thousands of more potential customers compared to spend on sending mails and thousands of brochures through the traditional methods.

5. You Don’t Need Extensive Coding or Technical Skills

WordPress and a number of other website-building platforms offer an online tutorial and community-based support, almost anyone can get a basic website running in about thirty minutes.

6. All Your Competitor Might Have A Company Websites As Well

The consumer typically start their buying journey with research and recommendations from peers and social network connection. Studies show that once a consumer has an idea of what they need or what they want, they will eventually start doing research about the brand or the product, and 72 percent of them go online to find educational material and of course review and the testimonials.

7. Will Never Be “Closed For Business”

Who would want to work at 3 a.m. in the midnight, but then again there might be somebody who wants to shop at a time like this. So, having a business website or e-commerce store means that you can sell a product 24/7 and not just between normal operation hours.

8. Your Website Will Show Up In Google Search Result

Consider that 81 percent of the consumer perform online research before making a purchase for their product. Which we can tell that they will Google and type in one or more keywords that are related to the product that they want to buy. For example “Best Leather Shoe, Best Perfume” and so on. So, if you don’t have a company website for your brand or product then it won’t show up on Google Search Results which means you will lose more potential customers.

9. Create A Resource Center For Your Staff

Other than that, helping your customer build a business website can also help your employees. With self-service videos, instructional materials or even internal forms to help your team learn everything they need to know on their own schedules.
